Summer makeup!

YES! Summer is here! And it can only mean 1 thing, summer makeup! So take of your smokey eye, and lets start.

Gold shimmer-

Shimmery gold eyes are absalutley G-O-R-G-E-O-U-S right now so rock them! You can either line your eyes in gold(m fav look right now), or just take a finger and smudge it all over your lids.

Blue eyeshadow-

Takes you back to seventh grade right? But don't worry your experience with blue won't be nearly as traumatizing. What you need to remember is moderation, moderation, moderation, did I mention moderation? By only lining you tops lids you keep this look flirty, not trashy.

Bright lips-

Red lips are back! Great look for the beach, since all you have to do is put on lipstick. The thing to remember is, if you are a lighter skin tone wear red/orange shades, and if you have a darker skin tone wear red/blue shades.

Bronzer-

Bronzer can be tricky! Try just applying it to your cheek bones, nose and chin, and alway apply with a light touch (unless you want to look like Snooki, then go ahead, knock yourself out!).

So go out there and have a blast, while looking gorgeous of course! ;)

Maybelline’s The Colossal Volum’ Express Mascara Review

From the title I think you can tell what it is was but I’l tell you anyways, it was Maybelline’s The Colossal Volum’ Express. It was pretty cheap (7.49) so I thought what the hay, extra bonus was the super cute bottle!


After getting home and I putting it on, and the first thing I noticed was that this mascara was BLACK. Like midnight no stars or moon black. So it’s definitely a night mascara. Second thing I noticed was how full and long my lashes were looking, they were huge! The last thing I noticed? The flakes on my lashes and the rub off. At the end of the day I came home to find big smudges under my eyes, so not cool.

Pros-

• Dramatic, perfect for night.
• Adds so much volume and length.
• Smells like… nothing.
• Cute bottle

Cons-

• Dramatic, too black for day.
• Leaves flakes on my lashes.
• Rubs off easily.
• Difficult to take off.

Nicole Kidman Powder Malfunction!

Nicole Kidman seems to have had a little makeup malfuntion recently.

Nice hair, nice earings, crazy face powder problem! Looks like some makeup artist is getting fired!

I love a good deal, especcially around the holidays. But black friday just scares me to death! But everybody expects a good gift, and now I have the perfect gift for any girl you know!

Next time your down at the mall, stop at Old navy. This saturday (and probably the next few days too, their one day sales are always more then one day) , they have cozy wool sweaters, just $10! I’m going to get one later today, so why don’t you get one too?

Lady gaga, before and after fame.

Lady Gaga, she seems to be the only thing the media can talk about now a days. But, was she always so, I don’t know, crazy? The answer may surprise you.
Truthfully, she was always sort of crazy in her music and dress. Here’s an old picture of her before she was really actually famous.

Back before she was famous and her name was Joanne Stefani Germanotta, she did still dress very sparingly, but nothing compared to how she dresses now. With her blond cropped hair and her almost pantless wardrobe, she is majorly differnt from the way she dressed back then.
And here’s a more recent pic of Lady Gaga.

Wow. Just plain wow. You see the difference? Bra and panties with chains goes to exploding bra and studded swimsuit ( Is it even a swimsuit? I don’t know what it’s called!).
